SADC Matawinie’s Annual Meeting will be held on June 26th, 2007, at 7:30 pm, at the Community Centre located at 100 Plage Street in St-Alphonse-Rodriguez. The Annual Meeting will focus on the presentation of the 2006-07 Annual Report, approval of 2006-07 financial statements, approval of amendments to the general regulations, and election of members of the Board for uneven-year seats, for a 2-year term. A notice of nomination (Form for candidates – Members of the Board, number 1314-1), indicating which sector the candidate wishes to represent, must be submitted to SADC’s Office, at the latest, five (5) days prior to the Annual Meeting.
